First Order: C.O.D. or credit card. Net 30 terms granted on request with approved credit references.
Delivery Time: 2 weeks
Shiping Charges: Regular Canpar shipping rates.
Claims or Damage: Any claim should be done within 10 weekdays. Please keep boxes and all packaging materials for inspection by the carrier. Otherwise, no claim will be authorized.
N.B. 15% restocking fees on all returns. Returns have to be pre-authorized.
Cancelled Orders: Cancelled or returned orders are subject to administration, restocking and shipping fees. No return accepted without our written approval.
Payments: Visa, Master Card, Company check. 2% discount if paid within 10 days by company check (credit card payment and C.O.D. check not eligible). 2% per month on past due accounts. Kheops Glass Art inc. remains owner of the merchandise until payment in full of the invoice. No order will be shipped on account with over 45 day balance. Any unused credit note will be deleted after one year.
N.S.F. check results in loss of credit and $25.00 fee will be charged.
